We were formed in 1993 and have enjoyed steady and sustained growth over the years. Recently, we relocated to a modern, large factory located in the idyllic village of Totternhoe, Bedfordshire, which is just a few miles from the M1 near Dunstable.
Our leadership team and talented craftsmen have a long and wide experience in both coachbuilding and engineering within large Corporate and smaller organisations. The work ethos on quality is instilled within Warnerbus and each team member adopts a 'right first time' policy to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Warnerbus gained ISO9001 status in 2007 and continues to maintain the BSI quality standard to an extremely high level. Following our latest assessment, BSI recognised our oustanding Quality Management System and featured Warnerbus as a case study in their quarterly magazine and newsletter.

We deliberately aim to remain small and responsive and listen carefully, to ensure that we personalise vehicles to meet our customers' requirements. In addition to meeting our customers, we offer life-time support following delivery of your vehicle. Large corporate groups find this level of commitment more difficult because of their size and capacity, which reduces flexibility.
Warnerbus prides itself on quality, not only during the design stages of the vehicle but during the build. Our highly skilled team of coachbuilders tend to each vehicle as if it is their own, taking care throughout the entire build process and using only the highest quality components. Then, each of our vehicles is IVA Approved, reassuring you of outstanding safety and quality.
Warnerbus maintains its ISO 9001:2008 quality accreditation to an extremely high standard. All elements of quality are measured and, to date, 100% of those customers surveyed would recommend Warnerbus to a colleague, friend or associate. A rating that we are proud of and aim to sustain.

Our Driving Quality Campaign has now been fully launched and our outstanding build quality, along with our customer care package have been recognised by many Business Organisations.
Over the last few years we have won numerous high profile Business Awards, one of them being the top Accolade of The Business Excellence Award and, more recently The 2012 Chamber Service Excellence Award.

Listening carefully to our customers, we continue to research into new and varied product ranges and constantly invest in more efficient practices. We have already taken a pro-active approach with type approval and now insist that all of our conversions are type approved.
We will also continue to share legislative information with our customers to ensure that they are also on the forefront of any changes which may affect them.
